Running into a problem or looking for just a confidental chat? BeeVee has two confidants who provide a sympathetic and confidential ear in an accessible way. Do you have a question or do you want to report undesirable behaviour? Do not hesitate, we are here for you and offer the support and guidance that feels right for you.

What are we?

As confidant (or TCP), we are the first point of contact after an incident happend in which you did not feel comfortable, or if you want someone to talk to in a confident manner. We will support you (all confidentially) and help you consider potential follow-up steps. Only you decide what will happen, we only provide the possibilities.
However, we are not an "ordinary" confidential advisor. As confidant we are here for the first, short-term, low-threshold points of contact for you if you wish to make a report. Confidential advisors provide futher support and/or guidance. Not sure where to go? Check out this flowchart from Radboud University.

The current guidelines can be found here. If you don't feel comfortable knocking on the door of BeeVee's confidants, you can also turn to the other beta studyassociation (Olympus maintains an overview). You can also contact the confidential advisors of Radboud University for your well-being.

If you have a complaint about one of the confidants, send an email to

Romy Geuvers

Hoii, my name is Romy and I'm in my fourth year bachelor Medical Biology study. In my free time I like to cook Italian food and do sports in the RSC (especially BOMmen). I am also an active member of BeeVee, AKKU and gymsports association V&K.
I think the well-being of students is extremely important and I would like to contribute to this! That is why I set up the confidants for BeeVee in academic year 2023-2024 together with Rafael.
I think it is very important that every student feels comfortable and safe. If something bothers you, I'd love to listen to it! Would you like a confidential conversation with me? Mail to

Rafael Zampakas

Hello everyone! First, a small introduction: I’m Rafael, a second-year Biology student, specializing in Neurobiology. I like music, books, and series, and I come from Greece. I am also an active member of BeeVee, the PC Biosciences, and the classical choir NSKAD.
This academic year, Romy and I will be your confidants! I’m deeply interested in the well-being of students, and I know how relieving and cleansing it can be when you talk to someone about problems and thoughts, no matter how big or small they are, in a non-judgmental and non-critical way. So if anything troubles you -embarrassment, confusion, insecurity, or whatever-, or if you'd just like to share your thoughts about or report something, please feel free to contact me through email: Together, we can have a confidential chat, and discuss your next steps. But nothing is obligatory!
Cheers and take care;)
