Chickens

Hellooo everyone! Welcome to the most amazing introgroup: THE CHICKENS!!! We are Kiki, Nienke and Wouter and will be your intro mentors during the introduction week. We are really looking forward to meeting all of you and want to make sure you have a great time being part of our group. But first, let's introduce ourselves:

Hello first year biologists! I’m Kiki, 19 years old and come from an extremely tiny village near nijmegen called Haalderen. I am currently in my second year of biology and have just started following two of the “green” biology trajectories, Ecology and Environment + Sustainability. This past year I have joined Fc, BeeVee’s party committee, that organizes parties throughout the year. Besides focussing on my studies and BeeVee, I really enjoy the student life of Nijmegen. Me and my friends can often be found having a drink or partying in the city. I also enjoy spending time with my housemates by playing boardgames or watching movies. I am really looking forward to being your mentor and am excited to show you how fun studying Biology in Nijmegen can be!

Hellooo everyone! I’m Nienke, 21 years old and from a small village called Gemert (close to Eindhoven). I’m in my third year of Biology and I’m following the medical and neurobiology trajectory. Beside that I’m also a member of BeeVee’s committee PRAC, the borrel committee that organizes the best borrels! Next to my studies, I like football, working out, doing fun things with friends and going out. I’m very excited to meet you guys and be your mentor during the introweek! I hope we can have a lot of fun and an amazing week together :)

Hello first years, I’m Wouter, I’m 25 years young and I will be one of your mentors during the orientation week! I was raised in a small farmers' village near Eindhoven, called Gerwen. I’m in my first year of my master, medical biology. I’m also an active member of BeeVee, the biology study association, and in BeeVee I’m a member of the borrel committee called PRAC. Besides BeeVee I also like football, skiing, running and partying. I’m really looking forward to meeting all of you, and I hope that we can have an amazing intro.

We are very excited and hope to see you all in the introduction week!

Lots of love from your chicken mentors !
