GMM
We would like to invite you to the Biannual General Meeting of Members (GMM) of BeeVee on Wednesday the 16th of October. The GMM will be held in HG00.307 and will start at 17:30h. You are welcome from 17:15 onwards.
For the GMM there are several important (but also fun) topics on the agenda. There will be a privacy statement change, an update on the lustrum committee and a discussion about BeeVee representation on campus. There will also be thanking stopped members and an update on BeeVee's confidants.
This GMM it is again possible to nominate a member to become an honorary member. This nomination must be submitted by three members that are present during the GMM and should be notified beforehand to the board.
If you are a member and cannot attend the GMM, you are able to authorise a member of BeeVee by emailing to the secretary of BeeVee (beevee_secretary@science.ru.nl), stating who you want to authorise. One member can be authorised by a maximum of two other members.
The GMM documents can be found on the website. Please use the updated versions of certain documents that can be found in the folder 'documents changed after pre-GMM'.
